I CAN VOLUNTEER ON:

Please check the following boxes ONLY if you can commit to the dates listed AND are able to attend our two mandatory volunteer orientation meetings (dates to be announced here soon). There are time slots listed but please let us know if you can commit to the entire day. We need a strong core group of super-volunteers who can be there from beginning to end.

Artists' Preview Party (date and time TBA)

• Selling tickets to auction, bartending, work with caterers, set up/clean up

12:00 - 3:00 PM Shift (set up)
3:00 - 6:00 PM Shift (set up)
6:00 - 12:00 AM Shift (auction/longest shift) ***Need most volunteers during event***

• Door list check-in
• Express check-in
• Computer input (all bidders)
• Silent auction (oversee bidding throughout evening)
• Check-out and register
• Wrapping art committee (bubble-wrapping all winning bids)
• Paddle hand-out
• Runner (take winning bid to be wrapped)
• Work with caterers
• Logging in all winning bids (be able to type fast on computer)

12:00 - 2:00 AM Shift (clean-up)

I am over the age of 21.

I cannot commit to the above dates, but would like to volunteer prior to the event.
